And it’s normal to feel these sensations. Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear and apprehension about what's to come.

Living with Fibromyalgia

Dan was 34 when he was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (also known as Fibromyalgia Syndrome or FMS). Until then he’d never even heard of the word, let alone ascribed it to the symptoms he was feeling.

Pumpkin and Mushroom Risotto
