Greetings! Here I’ll share my thoughts on everyday life and its many challenges to our peace of mind as individuals and on a broader scale. I take inspiration from the people I meet, the wide range of events and conferences I attend and my explorations into spirituality, consciousness, meditation, quantum physics, neurobiology and philosophy which have consumed me for the past fifty years. I’ll reflect upon my experiences through these studies and experiences and share ideas.

Hello Petrea,
I recently listened to you on the programme “Big Ideas” on the ABC. I thought so much of what you said was exquisitely beautiful, and found it to deeply resonate with me.
I thought also, though, that Professor Ian Hickie was disrespectful, and I was disappointed to find him, in my opinion, rather arrogant.
Listening to you both was an interesting experience. One individual so comes from the heart – and the other so from the ego.
It is the ‘heart’ that brings authentic healing.
You did a wonderful, wonderful job on this programme. Well done to you and your team.

Thanks for your comment. Most speakers took a more humorous approach and read their speeches. I’ve always found it works best for me to simply speak from the heart – even though I had prepared a speech which I’ll post here on the blog if you’re interested. And I agree with you…it is always the heart that brings healing. Thanks for being in touch. Petrea
